I felt like was provided some misleading info by sales person when i booked one unit there:

1) They claimed that those units higher than 25th floor will be having the view above the hill (forest) infront. However, i can't even see the top floor of the current in progress building behind the hill (Damansara Perdana) from PJ LDP (around One Utama area) view.

2) They claimed that the telecomunication tower (on the hill) is located near to the Block A, but it seems like right infront of Block B & C based on current building location.

Anyone can give comment on abovementioned issues? Correct me if i am wrong...

I think the tower is next to block A facing higher floor type D unit #8 master bedroom units, not really right in front of block B & C. I could be wrong.

I don't think we can see 1-U or DP from any of the blocks. DPC should be no problem.

There was a big jump in price for block A 24th floor to 25th floor. Was the view above the hill the reason for this jump?

Actually all units facing forest will see the tower, just different angle because the tower is not perpendicular to the blocks

receveid a letter from Sri Damansata Sdn Bhd said that i have " INTEREST CHARGES ON LATE PAYMNET "

though we under DIBS ? somore is 2013 charges ????

Late payment charges on bank late releases?

I thought only upon VP we will know if there's any late interest charges.

Should be on time Dec 2015. One SA I talked to think the 1st batch delivery for Block A lower floors could be even in Oct/Nov 2015.

Can't wait to get the keys.

Hope that the developer does not fall short of our expectation.

We expect them to deliver 1st tier quality especially in the common areas.

It means our benchmarks are the best condos completed in KL/Selangor area in terms of quality control.

The material used should be at least on par if not higher the standard of the individual units.

The workmanship must be tip top.

Went to showroom 2 weeks back ,can see the lift walk way and corner unit covered with the top window and bottom louvered panel on scale models.

Have they built the forest facilities as shown in the scale model and how many % of those facilities will be completed when phase 1 vp?

Wonder why they still delaying on phase 2 launch...

I guess could be due to the fact that property market have overall cooled down somewhat and there's the GST, perhaps they want to wait till post GST before launching... Just my guess la...

Same feeling like you, but the display model is not write in S&P. They can change the design anytime. (Common area) !

Did u ask the advisor that time on the change?

yes they said upper direction and they can't said anything.... i remember that time they said the corner unit walk-way ended will cover by windows that why i brought the corner unit , now mention the top part will cover with metal louvres and bottom fence . dont know maybe will look like this kind of louvres gua ..........
