From the satellite image, looks like they are also building this rest area/lookout point. Not sure how it will be connected to our facility floor.

Don't think that there will be any connection. One will have to walk across the road to the "rest area/lookout point".

But the "lookout point" I posted is facing the swimming pool. The one on the other side of the road is facing the other side of block B/C. Nop?

Even facing the swimming pool, one still have to cross the road.

It will be great though if there is a pedestrian crossing linking the both sides.

It mentioned in the news, for DF price has reached RM800psf, the reporter mentioned about Phase 1 or Phase 2?

Per the scale model, there is an access gate near Block A. This will lead to some stairs, etc. You will have to walk through there to the look out point overlooking the swimming pool.

Phase 1 and a misprint I think. Should be RM600 psf.

They just estimated,don't think can reached 800psf, because phase 2 will launch mid of 15, price start from 650 before discount. Thanks Cheahcw to share this info!

that depends very much how the developer has put the effort in phase 1.

If the podium turn out to be just like the artist impression, there will be lots of bonus marks.

Good if it's materialized.

Normally Bathroom fitting is provided by developer .

I think water heater tak ada , but they do provide heater point , lol

As what I heard form the sale office , water heater included for bath room .

If not mistaken, wood cabinet tak da. Mirror maybe not not full length as in showroom. One SA say water heater ada for Masterbath but maybe heater point only for smaller bath. Final product kena guess ...
