If the top part will still be covered like the one in your pic, I think it's still acceptable.

Saving for the hay day and uncertainties.

I know statement like this has been spreading throughout the market and it actually affects the market sentiment.

The problem is we do not have really good expect to advise and analyse the market but in the same time our market is drown with lots of general statement and the general public does not understand the true meaning and impact behind these statement.

Taken today - block A, B+C & D.
From block D photo, seem the 2nd room window is opened upwards instead of from side. Would prefer side opening.
Maybe it's for type D only.

looks like the balcony areas are harder to paint and they have left it later.

I don't mind taking LAD from time as long as the end product quality is good.

Phase 2 Show under progress......

Phase 2 Showroom....

My friend visited the showroom last week and was told by the SA that phase 1 will be completed by end of this year for all the blocks. =D

Wonder how they gonna build the duplex showroom because it needs 2 storey. The current showroom is showing 1 storey normal condo layout

Either use the lower floor or add one more additional floor.

It's steel structural building right? Not hard to do.

The current show office have 2 floor, not be a problem.

Glad to phase 2 is launching. Earlier the better. All those traffic, dust, noise during construction, let it happen early than later.

Google updated their satellite images and can see the site has been cleared for Phase 2... Looks like the facilities for Phase 1 are under constructions too...

Since they hand over by this year end, how about the road...? 2 way enlarge to 4 way ?
