Hi, i just heard recently from my friend that the owner need to pay Forest Maintenance Fees (around RM300) in future based on the Sales Person. Anyone can confirm on it?

I felt like was provided some misleading info by sales person when i booked one unit there:

1) They claimed that those units higher than 25th floor will be having the view above the hill (forest) infront. However, i can't even see the top floor of the current in progress building behind the hill (Damansara Perdana) from PJ LDP (around One Utama area) view.

2) They claimed that the telecomunication tower (on the hill) is located near to the Block A, but it seems like right infront of Block B & C based on current building location.

Anyone can give comment on abovementioned issues? Correct me if i am wrong...
