No. Because at the point of time, i just bought geo residence at bandar sunway.

Comparing the results after 2-3 years see whether my decision was right or wrong.

Prior to that I have not made any research or review for foresta.

Now developer offers Swimming pool inside the unit.

Occupancy is picking up, at least 35% is occupied judging by the number of curtains

Honestly, the price of this condominium keep going down, a lot of onwer try to push up byself , they are even complaints the agent and seller why sell they own unit that lower price......😝😝😝😝

If you were to check propwall.com , the launch price was 400 psf.

Theoretically speaking, anybody asking for 400psf above is price going up and not going down.

Of course there are people buying the property later at 6xxpsf++

Unless you have all the detail info about who is selling, such statement is not responsible statement.

Number of curtains not equal to occupancy. The best indication of occupancy is from management office, utility reading etc.
