the interested bidder want to wait for another 10% drop from 650K, but it has been transacted above the reserved price at 712K, done deal !!

Good. Mean market is Confort with 700k, slowly and later the price will go up.

I'm also a block B purchaser. I think that unit purchase price ~700K net or slightly less. Not bad at all, auction still can make money but of course after minus all those legal fees, bank interest, opportunity cost etc different story lar.

In the auction room, you can "see" the competitors competing with you on the spot, sometimes decision influenced by emotion and kiasuness, which lead to price hike

visited foresta recently. The developer has truly made a lot of improvement compare to my last visit.

Indeed, they recently tiled up the water curtain at the jacuzzi place, that is a neat touch up as well..

The RA and community is doing a good job in getting the Developer fixing things up thumbup.gif

Damansara foresta view and air is really different and the wind is strong comparing to other high rise. Condominium set next to the nature is getting scarce. This is the selling point. Furthermore it is nested near to all the conveniences. As the road and transportation gets better, it will be added bonus to the development. Do you see what I see?

Phase 2 last heard was two blocks of duplex...
But i believe they must have changed their plans now....

Rest assure that the configuration of phase 2 will be different from current phase...probably with much smaller units....my guess...and lower entry price....
