photo time

My unit has got these beautiful scenes looking from the different windows!

It is no doubt the view from DF is very good.

You can turn it into tasteful living putting in some tasteful furniture and let the beautiful scenes does the rest of talking.

Long balcony to place some outdoor furniture and planting.

And the spacious toilet for those who likes to stay in long hours.

not too shabby the views..i do like the forest view...

now about that toilet - yes its spacious for sure but practicality is lacking..as far as I know they are better off having a glass standing shower as Malaysians are not like the angmoh who like to soak in the bath wan...maybe one two time just for the fun of it but after that sien liao biggrin.gif

In the same toilet, there is a dedicated area for standing shower, installing glass is an easy option.

And because of the available space, you can watch TV, listening to music and hence it is not merely soaking in the bath anymore.

very good option...
for corner unit, it is very good for own stay. For rental market, the corner unit does not fetch much rental premium compared to the intermediate units.

Your statement requires lots of assumption, lots of actual transacted data to be substantiated.

I believe that this conclusion is merely your own opinion and ofcourse you deserve.

This is because I have lots of argument to prove otherwise.

Not to generalised.
Just my opinion of my own and few other corner units owners which remained not tenanted out till now.

Had read through some review about this project.a lot of owner are bashing the developer due to bad finishing of their unit despite paying a premium price for the unit

Nowadays Bank will not auction property when Borrowers just defaulted few installments repayment.

I will not be surprise if the Bank will wait a little bit longer so the auction proceeds are insufficient to cover the outstanding principal loan plus interest and late payment interest etc.

Buying from auction property must be careful as the Bank will normally not be responsible for any outstanding maintainance charges, utilities charges plus assessment (cukai pintu) etc due aand owing by the Borrowers.

Always check with the JMB first before you take auctioned property.

Good Luck! cool2.gif
