Can say is every phone having the same issue.

Workaround is to use alternative Youtube Player.

everyone i guess, so far i haven't see anyone saying their 3c has no such issue, u can use other alternative like tubemate/zing

Gives me a feel that I am using iPhone . Hardly see any other device where people can sell more expensive than the retail price.

Choppy as in how? Mine there voice sync is ok but i can feel very minor choppiness. It is not that bad and I kind of need to observe it so realise it.

Can anyone share a video that I can view and check on the choppiness? I viewed a 1080p video too.

Just received my 3c, and I can't believe my eyes how the city link delivery man came to me house. All those parcel just tangled at the rear seat,WOWED.

The issue is with the Youtube app. I assume u viewed a saved video?

Those still waiting for 3C due to slow delivery from Citylink, you can post up this forum link to Huawei FB la. I'm sure Huawei will immediately engage a second logistic partner to beef up the security of the goods in transit and speed up the delivery process.

That's how they handle the package? Not pro at all. No protection if raining. All all the package were tied up using rubber rope? This can damage the boxes. I like to receive my package unharm. Even the box. Give me the feeling of getting something new. If it all dents then it will spoil the moment.

There is an outer box and an inner box. The inner box is well protected by cut polystyrene board. So, not a problem. little bit kemek on the out box is far better than kena ragut.
Don't know this photo will trigger some unwanted bad intention or not ????

haha, i received my parcel safe and sound, so no complain from me

well... the delivery man just deliver the parcel to me, so no, its not taken by 3c

City Link really hopeless, my mom follow up and they still unsure my area, so she just told them the nearest landmark (restaurant) as a clue. Seriously.

i placed on order on 29th of Apr n until now i hvn't got my honor 3c. called them so many times n finally they promised to send it today after 2.00pm. it's already 3.37pm! Citylink is seriously hopeless lv 99999.

mine still says "shipment in progress"! gaaahhhh!

i checked with superbuy online support and was told that shipment will start tomorrow, and tracking ID will be given tomorrow as well. dunno la whether to believe or not. hopefully they won't try to deliver during the weekend because i will be at my kampung!

I might sell mine. At cost price plus shipping only. But still thinking. Finding it hard to get used to after using a phone with full hd and a bigger screen.

Same case as me, I'll be away even until next Tuesday. For my case, online chat said stock just arrive today so they will ship out tomorrow, with Poslaju. It is usually reliable enough to always arrive late. BTW Poslaju no longer delivers on Saturday.

You have to check via the "Order tracking" link on bottom of the website. I bought at 3.18pm...or else call their hotline.

Just gve them a call. The lady said that the item is out for delivery, they will deliver it today. Of course i knew it. Its been there in the tracking log since 10am. Out for delivery. Now its 5pm already. I dont think they are too hardworking to deliver to me till 6-7pm.

they did actually, as I'm being dealing with lots of parcels everyday, especially kangaroo express, dhl and abx.
once you get the tracking number. keep calling them and make them busy.

If the screen is similar to G700, I can say under sunlight it is very good. Set brightness to auto.

all this while, i set silent mode for my phone. put into vibrate mode. already six months maybe, always vibrate mode. today, i set my fone to max volume ringtone, so that i can hear when the delivery guy gimme a call. yet, no fone call. so sad. haha

Just sharing the updates of my iccident:

I won a 3C (within 100) through the contest and below are the parcel movement history:



A bit shocked with the instruction to return status so I rang City-Link kuching for some clarification. Indeed after checking they said status is valid and they will hold the parcel while i check with the shipper (Huawei VMall).

So i log-on to Vmall website and lodge my complaint through CS Chat box. My case was handled by Ms Penny and it took them around 2.5 hours to get inquiry from upper management. According to her, there's some mistake made by warehouse and they have to recall my parcel and ship a new one to me.

Since they have to re-send the parcel I asked whether it's possible for me to purchase a screen protector and put it under same parcel. They said NO! IMPOSSIBLE!. because they are going to give it free as compensation gift.

Point of the story : They handled the case well and Kudos to their CS!

Probably they slipped in the wrong phone and shipped you the P7 instead, but realised it before it gotten into your hands?
