Choppy as in how? Mine there voice sync is ok but i can feel very minor choppiness. It is not that bad and I kind of need to  observe it so realise it.

Can anyone share a video that I can view and check on the choppiness? I viewed a 1080p video too.

Guys and gals,

Please be careful when trying to mod your phone's firmware. Let me share my experience with you. The issues were not due to the phone but actually user error

1. Tried to root using vRoot (Chinese version) - successful
2. Found an English version of vRoot, tried to update - not successful, lost root
3. Factory reset - vRoot still in the phone, phone still unrooted, can't re-root.
4. Tried to load the stock rom from the first post - phone booted up fine, everything was working except that it was a China Unicom rom and could not detect my Maxis SIM anymore.
5. Finally gave up and sent my phone to the authorised service centre, SEMS, in Penang. Followed up with them after 3 days and they said they have ordered a new motherboard for my phone. ETA 7 working days.

Will be really careful once I get my phone back.

I go digi ask them cut, the moment they use cutter and cut, my sim card broke into 3 pieces...

Have to pay RM10 to get new one.

My Ex-colleague (well maybe he also a Lowyat forum here) using Asus Fonepad. Already send to warranty claim at least twice and each time need few weeks.

Same happened to my friend too. Buy 2 Asus Fonepad for him and wife, used for 6 months and now, both need to switch back and use their old cap ayam phone..

Is LTE really necessary? Eveyone have unlimited Fast data plan? If using True LTE. LTE can support up to 10Mbps and that finish up data plan in just few hours.

HSPA so for sufficient for many usages, even youtube with 720 resolution don't have to wait.
