They really have some operations management issues. Looks like entire Klang Valley only the HQ is handling the delivery, only can request own pickup at local branches.

So I called to request for own pick up at my local branch yesterday after seeing non-delivery for 2 days, and then they sent it out for delivery to my address today. Really frustrating considering I knew there wouldn't be anyone around today.

Pretty sure this isn't Vmall themselves, but, heck, kinda misleading registering the name as "Vmall", I guess that's the problem with Mudah.my, no permanent nicknames.

I think there's a big misconception on the "lag" on Youtube. Make no mistake, there's no lag, but the audio and video is not in sync. Only happens when you enabled HD mode. Switching off HD mode it's fine, but, heck, it looks like crap on that wonderful screen.

It's probably a glitchy GPU driver.

Looks like this time even with limiting 1 phone for each colour per buyer, it's even faster than the previous sale. Damn.

Vmall is probably slower because they are using City Link which seems to only have 1 single centre, the HQ in Shah Alam, handling deliveries within Klang Valley.

I suppose, with Superbuy having a major order, delivery to them is faster and Superbuy starts sending out via Poslaju which is the faster courier within Klang Valley.

Depends on location, most people ordering from Vmall getting it pretty slow. I guess that person who gotten next day delivery was just lucky. The stocks did arrive at City Link warehouse on the same night the orders were opened, but from there to the end user, it takes ages. What an agony to wait. I ended up buying another phone while waiting for it to arrive as my phone crapped out.

Yes, it's City Link that made it slow. Never did fault Vmall for that, well, except, picking City Link as their "preferred courier".

Well, I suppose you could just cool down a bit, since you paid thru Paypal, if anything happens, you could still revoke payment. Give them some time to handle it, they are probably swamped now anyway.

For those facing LED notification issues, there is a possibility that the LED is NOT a multi-coloured one as per higher end phones. It could possibly be only red, orange and green. Hence, when you set it to other colours, it either doesn't show up, or in another colour.

I used Light Manager - LED Set to customise the LED notifications. Works fine on my Asus Zenfone 5 to test all the available colours, which turns out, on the Asus ZF5, only shows red/orange/green. Not much customisation can be done. I think the Huawei Honor 3C should be similiar as they are of the similar budget range.

RM499 is apparently only available at Vmall during their sale. Seems to range from RM699-799 depending on which official Huawei Store you asked.

Personally, I prefer the ZF5(2G/16G) model over the Honor 3C.

Only thing Honor 3C is better than ZF5 for me, is in terms of usable battery life.

I made the switch from H3C to ZF5 as I manage to find someone who's willing to trade with me. My comments are after using both, although the H3C not exactly for an extended period.

Most of the companies just never have a sense of "after sales service" locally. Although I have been to a few with decent to good after sales services, most are just, horrible.
