Want to ask if I reload my touch&go in petrol station, will it charged to category Petrol in this case so we are entitled to 10% cash back.

i cant pump the petrol, tried different petrol kiosk, petron twice and petronas. transaction denied. any idea?

You may refer to below statement from HLB:

Yes, you may enjoy petrol cash back for card transaction at automated fuel dispensers, applicable to any petrol stations. But, card transaction at petrol station's cashier counter will not be eligible for petrol cash back as the swipes at counter may include miscellaneous purchases, eg. food, drinks, etc.

There's no direct answer for this.
I have met with a Caltex station in Lukut where all transaction have to do using counter's CC machine. They have 2 machine where 1 is registered under petrol(which I entitle for CB) and another is not. When I fill petrol at that station, sometimes I get CB and sometimes not.
This same goes to other petrol station, must see how they register that machine.
If the station you go all the machines are registered under petrol, sure you can get CB, else just too bad

My 2nd year GST still not charged... first charge was on 23 April.
Does the 2nd year GST comes much later ?

I think you are the second person to report wise being declined at petrol stations. I'm the third to report my wise card was declined at Petron LDP Sunway toll plaza today.

Declined at 2 Petron yesterday.
But was told that Petron CC terminal down.
I tried with another CC at Petron as well, also declined.

wow i thought the decline frm petrol stations(went to 2 diff petron) is only limited to the particularly for petron this morning as i see shell others are all ok.

I use HL Connect to check for the cash rebate, but don't see it. normally, what time the cash rebate will credit into account ?

so means only credit into account on 29th. not 28th ?

Not all Petron stations. I was able to use it at Petron next to Perabut LDP. No problem with Shell too.

both HL Wise and OCBC Titanium rejected at PETRON yesterday

Online Banking portal data is refreshed daily ad midnight.... It's not live data for CC transactions.

maybe is hlb wise problem. i pumped at petron yesterday using amex no problem.

Mine was exactly 1 year apart, on the dot.

Mine was rejected at first attempt at Shell PJ last Saturday...the slip printed "No Response".
I tried again it went through.
Then I received 2x RM200 sms alerts with 1 minute apart.
Will have to monitor my unbilled transactions online.
