i cant pump the petrol, tried different petrol kiosk, petron twice and petronas. transaction denied. any idea?

I guess I will wait for the paper statement and then call the CS for clarification then.

Well, it's the Petronas station at Damansara Damai.
But then again, it's the closest to my house so for convenience, I always pump there.
You're right, I think I will need to source for another station, just to be sure.

just received my lastest statement. you are not eligible for cashback if pump and pay at the counter. need to pay outside to qualify

some restaurant are not qualify also especially Japanese restaurant as merchant code not match

spend around 1k but only qualify 60% cashback.

The Caring pharmacy is under the Tesco health & personal care department or outside stand alone shop lot but within Tesco building ?
If Caring in under the Tesco heath & personal care department, you swiped the card at the pharmacy counter or at the general cashier ?

That's your mistake... always bring to Tesco cashier to swipe. IF they don't allow, don't buy it.
