want to ask, if use payonline, if got 4 accounts pay at same time.... for example

Maxis Account A RM50
Maxis Account B RM50
Celcom Account A RM50
Celcom Account B RM50

1. To HLB, consider 4 transactions or 2 transaction (maxis combine + celcom combine) or 1 transaction ?

2. OTP will need 1 or 4 ?

Pay together mean 1 transaction. You may just split it up to 4 transaction at RM50 each.
*
means need to key in 4x credit cards details and 4x OTP to entitle for 4x transactions ?

try to pay bills via payonline, OTP entered. (means transactions should go through)
but received email from payonline, status are "not approved"... anyone faced this before?

not approved by hlb or not approved by payonline?

the hlb wise have more than enough credit.

You need your pin to perform cash advance at atm. I'm not sure if wise card could be used at atm to activate online banking or not.
*
now is atm pin can direct use to register for HLB Connect.
But HLB system got problem.

can't register HLB Connect
can't change ATM pin via ATM
can't check cards balance via ATM
can't request for TPIN via ATM

https://s.hongleongconnect.my/rib/app/fo/sec/reg
check this out yourself

To register using Credit Card,
You will need :
1.Credit Card Number
2.Credit Card ATM PIN
3.TAC

for what i understand you will need to register first your mobile TAC using ATM then only you can register HLB connect..correct me if I'm wrong.
*
when u receive your CC, your mobile already in their system to receive TAC...
unless you want to change mobile number, then u need to change it via ATM.

else, nothing need to be done for mobile TAC.

when u make online payment, those 6 digits code is mobile TAC, I believe most of us have experience, we no need to register mobile number again via ATM, but we can receive TAC when do online transactions.

i just register hlb online back in february. you only need to key in your cc card number & TAC that sent to your number (i believe it's automatically registered when they approve your card). Thus, applying HLB online is the easiest online banking website i have experience so far...no need to visit ATM or branch etc.
*
now is new process.
