I feel that HLB Wise system is damn lousy

1. no e-statement
2. change in category took few days (I requested for change in category end of March, RM 10 fee posted on April, new category effective May 2014)

But was told that Petron CC terminal down.
I tried with another CC at Petron as well, also declined.

Hi guys

If my petrol transaction in hard copy statement dont have the "Petrol" in the category, mean no 10% rebate ?

Damn, just received my statement, only 1 out of 5 petrol transactions categorized under "Petrol"

I experienced that for my Citibank CC application.
Called to the company main line (I didnt give extension number) and asked for verification, then transferred to HR and transferred to my office admin.
Damn annoying.

But for HLB, no call at all.

Guess they dont really have the same standard.
