Pros:
Might be close to LRT - gamble
Close to AEON - nothing special, apartments around Kepong Jusco Aeon also nobody grab like crazy.
If want to buy close to AEON why not go Kepong, closer to KL safer bet.
The only high risk bet now is the LRT. Probably can ask 500k/800psf upon VP
