GST usually banks will not waive unless you are super high spender as the RM50 needs to be paid to the govt, not some imaginary cost by the banks.
back to citibank - any great deals lately for new card sign ups ? |

Just got a call for today and was offered CITI BUSINESS PLATINUM CARD. CS told me to spend 1k to obtain Condotti 20” Trolley Bag.
CS told me no documents needed as I was an ex-Clear Card holder as I cancelled my card last yr September/Oct. I thought those cards cancelled <1 yr are not allowed for the free gift. |

QUOTE(ciohbu @ Mar 13 2014, 09:06 PM) need to take note on the new t&c for petrol cashback for UOB Wow... thanks for sharing. RM 300 maximum rebate is still OK, at 5% cash back, you will need to pump RM6000 worth of petrol a month. But the cap of RM900,000 Note: For the rebate category of petrol, the maximum Cash Rebate awarded for purchases made by the principal and supplementary Card members shall be capped at RM500 for UOB ONE Platinum Card and RM300 for UOB ONE Classic Card per month. The maximum monthly Cash Rebate payout for the rebate category of petrol is RM900,000 which is to be given out on a first come first serve basis, based on UOBM’s transaction records. But the cap of RM900,000 if i read the t&c correctly (i could be wrong!), it's capped at RM300/RM500 worth of petrol transaction per month for Classic/Platinum respectively. so, your max 5% petrol cashback is only RM15/RM25.across the board, total cashback payout (quota) is capped at RM900K. not attractive if you pump >RM300/RM500 per month, especially those big cars This post has been edited by cybpsych: Mar 14 2014, 06:58 PM |

How long is this 5% CB going to last?i spent around 1k on SCB just one plat card and got RM50 rebate As for that citibank 2% CB it is only for those who receive the invitation email or SMS and only for 3 months, and you must enrol, whatever card if you receive the invitation u can enrol. |
