7500 to get RM150 rebate ? thats crazy talk man.
i spent around 1k on SCB just one plat card and got RM50 rebate

SCB 1 plat card rebate is RM50 for 1000 spent?? Wow that is 5%! Any restriction on the type of spending ? How long is this 5% CB going to last?

As for that citibank 2% CB it is only for those who receive the invitation email or SMS and only for 3 months, and you must enrol, whatever card if you receive the invitation u can enrol.

Just call CS, AF can be waived easily. The GST they will tell you must pay. If you tell them you want to cancel the card refuse to pay GST, they will offer you spend condition and get bonus RM50 back.

I got it for my Air Asia Visa - spend RM2500 in 3 months, get back our GST RM50. So i keep the card becos now there is promotion of get RM50 per month for every month spend RM2500. It is 2% CB, next best after 10% and 7.5% from 2 other cards.

i am existing user of citibank cash back platinum.
just activated my citibank visa signature premiermiles card.

double confirmed with the customer service.
I will get my RM50 GST waived + RM600 AF waived + 2000 premiermiles points as long as I swipe 3 times within 60 days.

this is the same as the information given to me by the tele-agent when they offered my this card. smile.gif

existing citi card holder can get the CB like that, when applying for new citibank VS card? The t&C says only for new to bank customer.

i already read them but couldnt find much useful info. anyway i do wanna hear from first hand experience actually wat are the benefits those cc users normally take note..

u take citi platinum if u want cash back. But if you always travel by air, make sure u have Premier Miles Amex to get free unlimited Plaza lounge access. If you are new, why not apply for both, free card, no GST ,AF free, why not?

I hardly used my PM Amex, only use it for free lounge access, that also they waived the AF for me now 3rd year.

You called and asked them to waived? I was thinking of applying it also even not waiving the RM600 also ok with me as one month usage of lounge access would be more than that for me already
*
yes, usually they will waive.
