Wanna ask regarding submission of documents.

I've got an email that states

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Does this mean I have to scan my document, print it out to write my details on the top right corner, and scan it again? Or is this only meant for submissions via post?
*
Yeah. That's what exactly I did for ONLINE submission. It's quite troublesome to do, but this definitely doesn't violate with what they stated there right? smile.gif

Before uploading the file:

Prepare all your required documents for uploading
Scan your required documents into JPEG format, 100dpi and Black & White version (For more information on how convert paper document into electronic file, please refer to Notes)
Reduce your files to the smallest possible size. (For more information on how to reduce file size, please refer to Notes)
Name each files in the following naming convention: <Application No>_<Full Name>_<Type> (E.g. 81XXXXX_John Keller_High School Transcripts)
why need black and white version????

To reduce the file size...you will find that it is not that easy to meet the file size requirement

Hey people, I have a question regarding the Singapore Scholarship.

About the part that has be endorsed by Government/school, because I did A-level instead of STPM, so I cannot possibly get any Government school to endorse the application for me right?

So how can I find someone to endorse for me?

P/s : I don't think college can endorse the form for me, cause on the form, it stated only can be nominated by government agencies/department.

Maybe you can try to look for your secondary school principal, principal can represent MOE to endorse

If I get ATAR of 90 and above for Australian Year 12 (eg. SAM, NSW HSC), does it guarantees an admission into NUS?

Even 4.0 in stpm and 4A* in A Levels don't guarantee a place in NUS.

It really depends on how competitive the course you've chosen is. The quota may change from year to year.

You can look for your school principal to do the endorsement.

Hi there!
Hmm, the Malaysian Students' League is sort of an unofficial "society" in NUS. smile.gif
It is just a platform to gather the Malaysians in NUS to bond, make friends and provide a home away from home. smile.gif
We welcome any Malaysians or Malaysia-related people (sorry for such layman terms) to join us! biggrin.gif

Do visit us @ http://www.nusmsl.org/ biggrin.gif

Just a reminder for fellow STPM leavers! The admission application closing date falls on 31st March 2014! Meaning it is only 3 days left from now! Do remind your friends who are interested in applying to NUS to submit their admission application soon! wink.gif

OMG guys, I just checked my NUS application status today.

Finally it became :
Application status

The general stages for the application status are
Application received --> Application processing --> Outcome of application

Your current status is Your application has been processed..

SO FAST! Hopefully is an acceptance! sad.gif

P/S : 'Has been processed' means they already have a decision right?! Results will be out soon right??

Yeap. Probably you're in the first batch of applicants where NUS start to select students! icon_rolleyes.gif
Keep your fingers crossed! All the best to you.
For the other applicants who are still waiting, don't give up! smile.gif Your application will be most likely reviewed by NUS after they are done with first batch of selection. smile.gif
