Just got my htc one yesterday.
My camera has some purple tint .
May I know how long does it take to be repaired at the service centre.
Will they replace with a new unit or a refurbished unit?

Is it possible to ask them to repair my unit instead of replacing it? I'm worried I'll get a scratched or dented unit as mine is brand new.

Which repair outlet does a better job? I'm worried they wouldn't do a good job.

they will repair i think, they won't replace for you

2nd thing is HTC ONE housing actually is glued, so if you sent to repair something, actually they had to destroy the housing (due to the strong glue on housing) when they dissemble your phone...

only when you send your phone repair in 3rd party shop (rm700 around that) then the technician will tell you they wont glue like HTC do hehe because next time dissemble can keep using old housing. tongue.gif

my colleague sent his phone to replace the crack screen, that's what he told me.

Great work on turning purple to green HTC service center. Why can't they just completely fix that damn thing? It's not that it's a new issue ... *sigh* mine will arrive next Wednesday

I found that the green issue is easily fixed by auto fixing your photo in aviary.

1st was the purple tint issue.
now the touchscreen is randomly touching itself.
my phone barely 2 days old.
i'm really impressed with the QC for a "flagship" model.

maybe something is actually touching your screen..

example water droplets

i've wiped the screen clean.
and it hasn't been close to any source of water at all.
yesterday there was a part of the touchscreen that wasn't responsive but it was solved with a restart.
now the touchscreen is randomly touching by itself.
