Yeah went today to BTS, loads of ppl as usual and I waited over an hour for the guy, told him the issue. He said oh must do hard reset coz sure can solve problem. I felt that he was like trying to not take my phone in for warranty claim at first and I told him if it is not solved, then how? Said come back here sure kena scolding from me lo he said that. I was like empathic to him la of course. all also working for ppl right? Only humans. He smiled and I went on my way home.

I tested it under low light, some pictures are bit green and some ok not there anymore. So I will monitor it for now and see what happens.

Btw, if you guys wanna know how it was done.

Hold power and button volume together and it will bring you to the menu. Reset it. not fast reset. Give it a try and see if it helps

Is this normal for everyone as I experienced this problem when I'm charging my phone andwith power saving mode on and at the same time I'm using the phone, the battery percentage was at 52 then it's dropping. Now 49%. Is it normal ? Because I never experienced this on iPhone. Thank You guys.

Anyone faced problem like taking picture yellowish instead of purple. I've sent to sc for purple and now yellow turns  == sometime yellow sometime okay... So bothering me..

Green tint is a white balance things, no need to increase exposure, just move the camera around and focus on other things/colours it will go away by itself.

yeah, there's a bit. but need to play around with the setting a bit. somehow dia kejap ada kejap tak ada. firmware issue? or another setback?

Just got my htc one yesterday.
My camera has some purple tint .
May I know how long does it take to be repaired at the service centre.
Will they replace with a new unit or a refurbished unit?

Is it possible to ask them to repair my unit instead of replacing it? I'm worried I'll get a scratched or dented unit as mine is brand new.

Mine worse . Battery stuck at certain % sometimes and wont be charging . Sometimes even pop up warning stating my my ori charger is non ori . Problem only appeared after weeks of update and not sure whether its battery's fault , charger or firmware . Anyway just called htc customer service to arrange a pick up for warranty. Gonna fix my purple tint camera which appeared since the first day i bought as well . Warranty gonna expire soon .

Factory reset
1. From all applications go to “Settings”

Resetting is not gonna help . Thats thier standard reply . I think u need to bring your phone back to service center . Some users brought thier devices and get it fixed at the same day . I aso heard you can tweak to minimize the green tint .

Yeah i did, took about 15 mins, depend on their internet speed.. rmmbr to back up ur phone ya..

i guess the green tint is cause by software and they will update the correct software for u which using internet connection..

no idea bro.. i think there is temp solution in xda but need to re-do when reboot phone.. they took my phone and when i get back my phone it was formatted..

Just so you know the 4.4.3 update seemed to slightly fix the Green tint issue. From my eyes, i noticed that green tinting is not as prominent but comparing to the XDA fix of using AWB_CAL file from M8, I still think the XDA fix works much better, the white is more accurate comparing to this update which has a colder tone.
