This round htc one camera issue make a lot device sent back for repair, so all take turn waiting for three weeks above.

Htc can make consumer happy if they can do like htc Taiwan practice, return to consumer within 3 working days.

I did left this group and but moto g, it's a nice phone. Would like to recommend those want left htc one to consider moto g. It's got two sim slot, quod core snapdragon 1.2 , 2g ram n 16 g storage, price at lazada is around 700 only.
de moto g got 1G RAM and not 2G ya... hehe...

ONE owner! regarding the purple tint issue ar... it is a software or a hardware issue ar?

Anyone here sent in to SC before and how long does it take to get it back? What do the SC said? Software? ... icon_question.gif

I waited 3 weeks for the first time... then brought it in the next day as I did not checked on the camera... my mistake and it got a very bad purple tint... brought it back the next day itself and now already 1week+... so in total, I've waited 1 month+ d and still waiting... and yes, there goes my 1month warranty wasted! mad.gif

Most unit in the market now having this issues... you can try it first before you pays your moolas for it...

Yes. The purple tint issue can be resolve but be prepare to wait a very long time when you send it in to the HTC Service Center. They will said they will call you once ready but they will never do. You need to call them up.
