how to send phone to warranty, the purple tint is very serious compare with my colleague 1st batch silver even red one also lesser purple tint than mine....

need to bring alone what things and what to do?? unsure.gif

i wonder can 1 on 1 exchange or not

the purple ting getting serious after update...here is daylight shot.

i mean let courier come to collect phone!? i thought need go to service center to send phone??

and weekend got open or not... if courier come to collect phone then i need delete some data files that contain ahem issue...

backup date using window or the htc backup software in the phone?
and what data they backup? contact? internet cookies? game savefiles??

so i know why there is purple tint on camera already... it is

OVERHEAT. and affect on lens during 4.3 (maybe 4.2) era...that explain why early batch all got purple tint and why early photos of mine dont have that....

duh...

and i also hear my another colleague sent his HTC ONE X to warranty and get back is anohter recon unit....not sure is true or not.

i think is same, and the purple tint i think is 4.3 make one due to overheat camera module =3=

anyway today sent my phone to courier for warranty....hopefully can fix that and not getting another problem.

claim warranty is the solution, newer batch one i hear they put thermal paste on camera module and between processor to prevent the heat burn and affect the camera. unsure.gif

sent my phone last tuesday for camera module now still haven't get yet... give them 1 more week and wait...

so who claimed the camera module still got same problem after heating your phone?

those come baack from warranty got how many months extra warranty? cause my current one is around june... if send back to me got extra months to test everything or not?
