The RM11bil CCC wont be attractive without the HSR in Putrajaya Sentral!

Such a beautiful city in the made and it's only 25 mins away from KLCC - unbelievable!

Most restaurant in kv having good biz during weekend but some restaurant in cyber has to close on weekend.

In conclusion, people who work in cyber dont stay in cyber. Why this can be happened since cyber is a nice place and the property price also not that expensive?

If people who work there dont stay there, can the property there increase in demand ?

My source told me there will be on HSR stopover at the Putrajaya Sentral, just like how he told me MRT will be planned to connect to Putajaya Sentral in 2012. Quite reliable.

The map taken from the spad and other website that never mentioned HSR in putrajaya Sentral are old news

vice versa, own stay resident in cyber also catching up fast, why ppl who work outside from cyber stay in cyber ? different ppl have diff needs and wants...love it or hate it...

If they want to sell CCC well, connectivity is one of the key selling points.
I am pretty confident HSR will be there!
Also, I agree Garden Residences subsale unit (semi-D at Rm1.2mil / 1.3mil ) still got plenty of headroom to go up.
Own stay meanwhile enjoying capital appreciation.
GR > IOI Resort city mall is only 7 mins drive, 5 mins to future skypark, 5 mins to CCC!
The pricing and location can never be wrong.

Maybe because u are comparing areas that have more office vs residential area? For now, Cyberjaya is still more of a working place than a residential area due to limited supply. Things might change in few years time when all the massive launched project VP-ed.

It makes more sense too for restaurant to close if the demand is not there on Sundays. Most of them have good business during weekdays though.

Some ppl just don't have the common sense and analytical skill prior to making the judgment.
Currently Cyberjaya are mainly MNC offices...but try to go to D Pulze...you will be surprise that parking is only available at B3 nowadays on weekend!

so far, many restaurant over there havent close up yet la ... and also some of the operation r 24/7 ... should be have the demand

Property in cyber has only increased in price but not the value.

now expected to be rm 65bil, add another station, so can be 66bil lor shakehead.gif

it's already have some "unnecessary" station in Johor, add another one. winnar blush.gif
