How is food hunt nearby..chinese restaurants suitable for family dinner ?dengkil a lot right..not far from cyber

Dengkil a lot, equine park also got. Go a bit further got Puchong and also putra heights. But sadly inside Cyber itself don't have except for Kitchen Village at Prima Avenue and Nyonya Valley

1) 10 mins drive to Dengkil, couple of chinese foods restaurants

2) Equine Park Bak Kut Teh

If anyone fancy midnight supper or very early breakfast before work, theres a chicken rice stall in Dengkil which operates from home starting from 4am - 9-10am. They sell chicken rice, fried mee & meehon and plenty of dishes. You can even bring your own ingredient and the uncle can further process your ingredient. The stall is located in a kampung housing area after Dengkil's Petronas station.

Also if you wish to have a short weekend getaway you can always travel to Sg Pelek & Tanjung Sepat for seafood & Pao!

Where exact location of the stall? Sure open at 4am???

dude, u dint explore cbj too much... there are 2 chinese res at burger king there... but i prefer more Ru Zhia kitchen... Le yuan res more to selling chicken rice and wantan mee... they have single rice and noodle also.. but Ru Zhia res taste better...

there are 2 chicken rice shop behind MianDuiMian also.... Houston grill are also 1 of them.. but houston grill price a little steep.. coz houston grill change boss... now different owner i think... menu and price also change edi...

then if you're still not happy, you can go to Kung fu res at shaftbury.. or maybe penang village at Dpulze, but personnal i dont like penang village at Dpulze...

The last time I went there was one year back, not sure if it's still operating but it has been there for many years to cater students who go to school early and uncle uncle around the area.

After Personas, make a sharp left turn at a small road. Turn left ad u will see first junction on ur right immediately, do not take the turn until u see the 2nd junction then turn right. The stall is open in front of the yard of the uncle's house.

It's quite famous among MMU students because you know, students eat at odd hours.

Same like bro CK15, I've been living in CBJ for years already. Been from "live study play" to "live work play" at this same place since I move here to study years back. Really enjoy the calm and peaceful life here. Rather than stuck in the jam after work, I drive home in breeze I can utilize the extra time by cooking at home or jogging in nearby tracks and nice lake gardens in CBJ and Putrajaya. Sometimes I even jog or cycle around the neighborhood at night without worry. I have seen many Cyberians did the same too, much healthy lifestyle here I would say. I frequently see police cars patrol around CBJ all the time, day and night. It helps to make u feel safe and secure a bit

So far I have not encountered any disturbance from foreigners and other crime related situations *touch wood* Maybe because I avoid going to those places as mentioned la. I'm currently living in an condo with many foreigners students, so far still doing great by minding my own business. U may hear bad news coverage about those foreigners once awhile, but really, not all of them the same laa.. so just chill!

As for food choices, it's getting more and more so no worries. But don't expect chinese stalls or warung melayu to be opened here la, the lowest range of food u can get here is economic rice and mamak. U can easily find mid to high range food in CBJ.

From where I'm staying is 13km away from ioi city mall and it only takes me 10 mins to get there. 17mins means we need to drive very slow (around 60km/h).

Guys where to get bicycle around CBJ thinking to ride to work

Apples and Oranges comparisons. Then why don't we compare Cyberjaya's property prices with the more expensive ones? If Infrastructure and surrounding wise Semenyih is on par with Cyberjaya then no doubt Cyberjaya is expensive, but Semenyih is not Cyberjaya. And please don't get me started on the location.

Before 2010/2011, how many residential housing are available for people to stay here? Only very few limited options like Cyberia, D'Melor, etc. And during that time it was never meant to be a residential area.

The rapid residential development has merely started a few years back even after project launching it takes time to build and it takes time for people to move in as well. Cyberjaya not picking up? Well, obviously everyone has their own criteria and definition. But after staying in Cyberjaya for 15 months, it picked up WAY FASTER than I expected it to be. I think the day that I will hate living in Cyberjaya might come sooner than I expected as well, lol.

Haha, spot on! Some of the Cyber kaki do think like that including me.

The Place looks nice from the outside, and like you say the location would be very convenient in the near future. It's just that the place is a little cramped because it is a studio size duplex. But if you like it enough I think it is a pretty good choice because the MRT station and CCC might bring the price up even more.

That's the sad reality. A lot of people want to live in Mont Kiara and Desa Park City too but couldn't afford. Well, that's just the way life goes.

From the mex toll to kuchai interchange if I'm driving 140-160km/h it will take me 7-8mins MAX. 20mins to Jalan Tun Razak is totally possible. Driving 110km/h can also reach jalan tun razak in 25-30mins. If u drive 140-160km/h and takes 40 mins to reach then something must be wrong.

They are doing well for a neighbourhood mall.
