Different location different pricing , better location usually is priced higher. Cyberjaya is unique, Semenyih is unique, no point of comparing. Usually comparison are made with surrounding developments. Each location, each development serves different segment of people. For ownstay, just buy within your affordability and preference, for investment, you need to do more due diligence for any given locations.
Cyber landed anytime over Semenyih , if u can afford, my 2 cents. |
