From the mex toll to kuchai interchange if I'm driving 140-160km/h it will take me 7-8mins MAX. 20mins to Jalan Tun Razak is totally possible. Driving 110km/h can also reach jalan tun razak in 25-30mins. If u drive 140-160km/h and takes 40 mins to reach then something must be wrong. sweat.gif

why not u say, you drive 350km/h and reach spore in 1 hr? obey the limit dude... life is no take 2...

Bro Cabinda - sincerely sharing with you. It's true that we always drive up to that speed cause not so many traffic, one straight road. Hardly feel anything la at 140km/hr.

thumbup.gif thanks alot bro... was deciding between Alam Impian Pentas-5 vs Ceria Residence. Pentas-5 house so damn nice and big.... meantime Ceria Residence good location for work. Although not sure hw long going to work in cyber  tongue.gif ... but i think its worth buying a place here. Will decide in 1-2 days...

with economy so bad.... what a time to buy property... gives a chilling feel inside.

I'd like to imagine myself living here for the rest of my life if I continue staying in Malaysia tongue.gif

With current issues in Malaysian politics and economy, really hard to say sweat.gif

But I really enjoy waking up at 8am and reach office 30 mins later lol.

For investment better think twice. Based on the price, it's not cheap.
Better buy at matured area instead of risking it and hope it to bloom.
Even when the area become hot, cyberjaya empty land so f big u sked cannot get a unit there meh. Buy now by the time the area hot, ur condo also old Liao lor

Hmm, your points are quite valid except for one. Cyberjaya is not big, its a small township.

Lol, nobody is trying to pick up a fight with you. It was merely a discussion. The other forumers has pointed out the flaws in your argument. Comparing only price point and disregard everything else is not a fair comparison.

Wow Aztec is certified la as Cyberjaya Chinese food expert.

Anyway, few years back when I was still working in Cyberjaya, there's a Chinese stall selling zhap fan at the bus terminal food court @ street mall. If it's still operating then can add on to the list.

That's cheap! Dmelor just repainted recently and their maintenance overall looks good. Low density condo and location is good. Can walk to dpulze smile.gif

But maintenance will be quite expensive since it is low density. For own stay I would say it's quite a nice place la.

Is it a walk up unit?

1) I mentioned it in my post. I just have no idea what's its name.
2) It's called Zhia Kitchen which I've also mentioned.

I don't include any Chinese Muslim restaurant though. However thank you for the additional info. smile.gif

I'm merely sharing to those who didn't know. No intention to be an expert. You can happily take the title if you want. nod.gif

That's good buy if not walk up unit. Where else can find such low price. Freehold, low density and maintained well.

The next best thing would be Setia Eco Glades Isle of Kamares condo if you r willing to pay the premium.
