If not mistaken the ofice there got 5-6 functions housed there although IT is the bigger one. Erricsson also out. ( the office looks like total shut down..can see from where im typing now) Wow Please put validated info here, words like these confuse and mislead people. |

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Mar 29 2015, 02:20 PM) I thought cyberjaya is a ghost town, but never know the price can shoot up to 20-30%... I mean base on your expected price and bank valuation.. Need some clarification what is means by ghost town. What is the criteria of one? Reason I asked is I go there every Friday night and see people around and go Saturday noon as well and the commercial area while not packed like the Curve but still a pretty good crowd. In fact i super like coz no need to turn 5 rounds to find parking, queue like mad at cashier. Also projects that just VP is not full completely but it's the same with other location as well. So if any sifu can help enlighten me would appreciate it. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Apr 2 2015, 02:48 PM) Checked alr...no sign of Chinese b'fast at all at that Glomac area. Agree that this is lacking but not a barrier for CBJ to grow. I happen to browse Heriot watt university putrajaya website and they have recommended cyberjaya as student accommodation specifically dpulze, serin and the arc. This will bring more crowd into CBJ. I seriously believe when the landed projects VP and people start moving in then more Chinese style (hopefully also western) bf options will open. I now go Pelita for my local bf fix.The roasted pork, chicken rice is nice. Mixed rice is OK so so nothing to proud about. Saw also mian dui main (pan mee) + one more Vietnamese / Thai street food shop opening in April. Think have to visit that shop when back to M'sia in next few weeks. I reckon if Cyberjaya has a HDB type food court with high hygiene and choices, must be able to attract crowds. |

My house ready in 2 years and I can't wait to move it. I don't eat out much and never like jam. Almost everything is within 2-15 mins drive. - banks, mall, market, mamak, Chinese food (dengkil). Road is big, flat, greenery, clean. Bomba around the corner, hospital and schools need to wait a bit.
So everything fits |

QUOTE(angrysnail @ May 14 2015, 02:41 PM) Sure or not bro. As a purchaser and planning for own stay I do not want to have these clubs open within this area. Vices activities is good for getting people to come but bad for residential and community building[attachmentid=4447596] I believe ppl always misconfusing between putra and cyber la.hahah.. |

If you all check Heriot watt University in Putrajaya their recommended student accommodation is actually Arc and Dpulze. So Cyber is not only taking from surrounding campus but also neighbouring ones. Also more young workforce coming into cyberjaya. They don't like to stay far so stay nearby. In the next 3-4 years when Setia, symphony, areca, ceria, Lake point and Lake front residential ready then you will see families moving in. Iconic development like Pangea and Tamarind also almost ready. It will be very exciting times

Who maintain this website? Good information but needs some ever greening. I.e. burger lab is already in. If possible good to have a section on event/activities of the month. They have a booklet given for free in certain outlets around cyber so it's good if they can post it online.
On another note just saw forum posting of Putra Heights that people love living there because serene, not crowded, less jam and even so happy there is one Kingsley IS. But here in Cyberjaya thread despite having these and more still some not convinced. Probably more flippers around which do not appreciate such features as it means less profit. |

Cyber is growing a natural growth yet infrastructure wise is ready for massive growth. Puchong also took a few good years to grow but I felt it lacked good town and infra planning hence the traffic can sometimes be a nightmare.
I m happy how cyber is growing. Only concern I see is too many pigeon hole type of residential and office space which are vacated are not filled with new tenants. |
