Hi,

I used to study in LKW many years ago, and I loved staying in Cyberjaya. Now I'm planning on investing on a property. I'm thinking of purchasing a 1k sq ft condo @ Cyberia beside MMU, 290k. Any thoughts, would really appreciate any constructive feedback / criticism etc. Thanks

Can you share why you want to by cyberia?

Mainly because its next to MMU, and I stayed there before. I see new developments now more expensive. I know the condition some is quite bad, but what is your opinion?

Well, the location is good. But as you mentioned, the condition is quite bad

Yes true. That's why I'm contemplating right now. I'm planning to buy for rental yield to cover the loan. But I understand that there's an oversupply in Cyberjaya regarding high rise buildings. Worse to worst I think will self occupy and stay there, working @ Bandar Sunway. Got any better alternatives?

Yes compared to last year, last year I saw the cheapest unit was 320k, condition is SUPER HELL bad. Lucky didn't buy that time.

An agent told me that all apartments / condos in Cyberjaya are still under master title? including old projects like Cyberia etc. Why is that
