I bisik2 with 1 ecoworld dude at star property fair last weekend, he said it should be launched after cny 2014.
The terrace house price is around 800k, landed strata  very near to SEH, and land bigger than SEH.

I think one rather pay toll anyway. Toll not a big deal, EM's DSL is from 800k afterall.
SEH will have a link to connect with EM. EM can connect terrible jam jln semenyih via SEH and Bandar Sri Kesuma.

Everyone pay toll nowadays...i live in Ampang want to go KL also pay toll. I use Ampang Elevated Highway. So if live in shah alam....pj...kajang....semenyih?? Of course pay maa.....pay..pay...gomen.

I can says its faster and easier because u can use the smart tunnel.

Lekas > SILK > Sungai Besi Plus > Smart > KLCC. Easy as 1 2 3

where got trick trick? SILK highway (bayar for 2 tolls) exit from Kajang but turn in to Bangi - KL Plus interchange, then pay rm1.80 at Plus sg Besi toll, then proceed to Smart tunnel with rm2. Wah Lah, just in time for TGV movie at KLCC

No u get it wrong. Look closely for the master plan. The only access must be from the new interchange by their own. [COLOR=red]There are no other current small trunk roads available.

Yes bro peri  , the interchange proposed already approved since earlier this year , Pemilik focal aim ( land owner ) , direct link to tol bandar seri mahkota and bandar tasik kesuma ( 4channel from lekas ) .
Location wise , SEH and EcoMajestic also not bad , just ecoworld give you a brand new township with all new access route .
Before this can consider serene height in next coming launch , the sales gallery almost done and access from jalan bangi lama going to compelete next month
