800k for DSL...wow......the land size is how big?

suddenly feel DSL and semi D at eco hill is damn cheap...

This is more reasonable, but i think when launch will be 650k for 20x70.

concept difference..

eco hill is modern design blend with the eco concept....

eco majestic is classic colonial style with eco concept...

and for sure eco majestic selling price will higher compare to eco hill...

3 months ago before eco hill launch, sps stuff told me will start at 350k for DSL....then when launc it's from 4++k...

so i guess it's the same strategy from ecoworld also...dun expect from 550k...i estimate at least 600k since they sell with gated guarded concept...

someomore after see eco hill successful sold out DSL in 3 hours...u think ecoworld will sell cheaper?...

eco hill oledy create the momentum at semenyih oledy....eco world will not sell cheaper anymore, trust me...

this part of semenyih is going become hotter everyday...
i think in the next few years will see lots of ppl frequent visit to this part this part of semenyih during weekend for property shopping...

not need assume this and that, if worry so much then better dun involve in property...

tell me when u buy a property, how sure can you know how many % for own stay and how% for flip, how many% keep for long term investment...

why you so worry?

ppl who stay in kl also laugh la..

now see all these places...

i wonder why still talk about traffic condition...nowadays almost any place which is 20-30km from kl will have traffic problem during peak hour...

try those from kota kemuning, setia alam or kota damansara....tell me how long you need to travel from this area to kl during peak hour....

we not sure about the AEON and this this is not main reason for us to purchase at there.

U compare MKH commitment and SPS commitment, it's unfair for SPS...

if traffic travel time will become the failure factor for SEH, then for sure will become the same fail factor for tropicana heights, nadayu kajang and kajang 2.....as well as sungai long and mahkota cheras...going out from sg long/mahkota cheras to grand saga highway also take average 20-30 minutes during peak hour...but so what...the areas still growing mature and the property price also boom up, like BBW said, sg long is chinese mature area, subsale at 750k is happening and reasonable, even though it's jam.....

u dun have to hear from what we said, just visit the seti eco hill, u will knwo the direct link to lekas is taking in shape....

trust me, they wont launch at 580k, at least 600k above...

please use your influence power to convince ppl dun buy eco majestic as well, and force eco world reduce thte price to maybe 299k...hehhe
