Im not an owner here but just want to butt in regarding ur worries on the jem. From TH to KL, jem roads u will be facing

-cheras plaza pheonix till mrr2 exit.
-from the demolished 50 sen toll (near hukm) till federal highway, continue jem in federal highway
-if want to enter kl using smart or mahameru, a little jem at plaza pheonix , n continue jem at sg besi airport.
-if use silk highway, must exit at serdang, bad traffic at jln sg besi toll.

1 correction, I thought this was TH thread. If from EM, u must also face the dreaded jln semenyih jem, from tesco semenyih, till pekan semenyihtraffic light. I have driven from tmn pelangi semenyih to kl. During peak hours, 7am - 8am, u will spend 30 minits in jln semenyih jem alone.

From tesco semenyih to kl, during peak hours, I have driven a record braking 1 hour 40 minits till kl sentral. Stuck at jln semenyih and plaza pheonix.

If the link is true, then its music to my ears. My in laws stay at pelangi semenyih, n I always rant if need to stay there during working days. I have heard about the link since the completion of tmn pelangi semenyih, which is like 4-5 years ago. But lost hope coz till now dont see the link.

There is also talks of AEON going to build a shopping complex near the tesco semenyih area. But dont take my word for it, its just rumours of people in that area. Dunno true or not.

Very happy to hear that. 1st they say want to link from rinching, then change, link from broga. Hope this 1 can become reality

So i drove by the soon to be open Ecoworld showroom at semenyih today. By the looks of it, it looks so exclusive. Even the guards have special uniform with cowboy hats . I guess they are going to launch this project there soon coz they have a big canopy with black n gold theme.
