No need sapu or whack. Just buy 1 enough, no bullets dy.  Hopefully EcoMajestic launch delay a bit, so I can prepare. Thats why i miss Eco Hill too. Anyway, no urgent for early Phase bcz this is going to be biggest stratified township and takes a bit time to mature.

just called their SA. he said will launch terrace first, unlike SEH that sold banglo unit first. different strategy..

If the can keep prices below 500K for terrace, worth to have a look.

The planning should b magnificent. But the loc is a lil too far for kler. But for investment pov, no doubt a gd entry price for terrace at 500k or cluster at lower than 1mil.

Hope this will be another Setia Alam in the making. Improve and widen the roads connection to major highway should boost this area. Another plus point here is Broga hill

different case i suppose. now they r trying to use the advantage of huge demand from failed SEH terrace buyers. Im sure some from those who failed during ballot would like to buy terrace from ecoworld.
