My take, better to invest on the east side of the parcel. Chicken shit smell and lalat is no laughing matter.
That sri pajam project also looks interesting but folks staying there are complaining foul smell from nearby rubbish dump and poultry farms. |

Guess it all boils to the traffic flow during certain hours.
Yes, i have tried numerous time from kl to semenyih, it takes longer than 30 minutes using cheras sg. long way. Most of the time in the morning around 11am. But i did try once from semenyih ecohill to aman suria, pj at 12pm on weekday and it took me almost 45 minutes using sg.long to mines highway. I haven't try during the normal peak hours in the morning but a good buddy of mine who stay in kajang, he says, you need to get out by 6.30am to avoid jam for those who work in KL. I think that's applies to anywhere out of klcc areas. Even pj, bangsar, or cheras, etc. Anyway, distance is just in the mind....i rather have a smooth flowing traffic then caught in a bumper to bumper crawl. Waste of time and petrol. |

MKH can't even commit to proper g&g and you want them to build a link way to highway
The diff between MKH and SP, one is small gun and one is huge gun with plenty of firepower. With SP building the link, this will benefits those new township. Even Kuen Lai is riding on SP exit link to Lekas with their Tiara South project. |

Just leave the house at 6am, sure no jam whether you stay in klang/puchong/bangi/semenyih/pj/cheras
