ECOMAJESTIC IS A WHOLESOME SYNTHESIS OF FORM AND FUNCTIONALITY, ENVIRONMENTALISM AND LUXURY, CAPTURING THE EASY CONTENTMENT OF HOME.

Peacefully sheltered in the leafy suburb of Semenyih-Kajang corridor, this self-sustaining master planned township spans over 1,000 acres, with round-the-clock security services to give residents peace of mind.

Over 100 acres of land has been dedicated to parks and greenery, while pedestrian paths and bicycle tracks nurture a healthier way of life. The surroundings are peppered with creeks and lakes, creating beautiful leisure and recreation space for residents.

An approved dedicated direct interchange connects EcoMajestic to the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS). In addition, the development is also linked by major roads and highways like the Cheras-Kajang Highway, Kajang Silk Highway, and is only 10 minutes to Bangi, 22 minutes to Putrajaya, and 30 minutes to
Kuala Lumpur.

Was known as EcoGardens previously. Not really like the new name. A bit old school to me. It should be a replication of EcoBotanic with colonial design. Good thing is, it has a direct interchange to LEKAS which can avoid the small Semenyih toll that going to use by SEH and many other projects.

Check the attachment for EcoMajestic's location.

But one thing cons about this will be the in and out. No other alternative route except with the new interchange, meaning toll in and out.

SEH is better in term of accessibility compare with this

I think one rather pay toll anyway. Toll not a big deal, EM's DSL is from 800k afterall.
SEH will have a link to connect with EM. EM can connect terrible jam jln semenyih via SEH and Bandar Sri Kesuma.

Yes bro peri  , the interchange proposed already approved since earlier this year , Pemilik focal aim ( land owner ) , direct link to tol bandar seri mahkota and bandar tasik kesuma ( 4channel from lekas ) .
Location wise , SEH and EcoMajestic also not bad , just ecoworld give you a brand new township with all new access route .
Before this can consider serene height in next coming launch , the sales gallery almost done and access from jalan bangi lama going to compelete next month smile.gif

Thanks for the info. To bandar sri mahkota toll means it will connect to north south highway?

Yes, SP is really a powerful developer with it's brand name.

Btw, Welcome Centre is a gallery name for SPS, not EW.

Not sure whether EW would call it Welcome Centre since this EcoMajestic is their biggest and flagship stratified township but it would be a very huge Sales Gallery, since they so willing to build a nice and big sales gallery for EcoSky.

Anyway, they are commencing to build the Sales Gallery for EcoMajestic soon. Could be up after CNY.

All EW sales gallerys will be named as 'EcoWorld Gallery'.

For this project, is there will be a direct exit to LEKAS like SEH?
*
SEH, SEH2 and EM will have individual direct exit to LEKAS. In the future, EM will have link to Bandar Sri Putra, a direct connect from LEKAS to NSE.

PLUS just propose a direck link from NSE to LEKAS in Senawang.

Think EM's colonial design would not go too far from Setia Eco Glades
