Hmmm... developer also going 600k..and above.. really painful hearing it... it is true dat traffic jam is everywhere... even with MRT it wont help... many still driving..

location could still be the pushing point..and valuable point.. devrloper oso so expensive.. for me..

guys a long lap to go..

Still make the very best of it.. make sum doom chee cheong fun... or BBW mahkota friend kuey ***..make d attraction happen... create sum chales for relaxing and holiday... it still within selangor dou..

a MRT extension could be helpful.. but not soon for sure u guys know..

hmm.. now we see the problem as expected... I didn't talk down semenyih project for nothing leh.. only those flexi hours worker, retired, business not in KL and etc... quite limited


distance & location will remain prime forever... they could geh by pass it but all money.. look at Plaza toll loke yew, 4 years to 5 years to be completed, still jam in cheras never reduced, but ampang folks, sg besi ppl benefited, last day today, tomorrow onwards charging di..
