It depends on which part of klang ppl talking. Understand that some klang ppl still prefer ambang botanica side.
Setia alam is roughly 70% occupied by klang ppl as of now. Semenyik...i am not sure where is the migration will from. The place is just too far for me to even consider for invstment....own stay is never crossed ny mind. Wish all investors here best of luck. Duit sama sama cari... |

QUOTE(Top Gun @ Apr 21 2014, 12:39 AM) I have the same thinking too. U should look at jade hills quadvilla imo.Nowadays, any landed property that I am targeting, be it for investment or own stay, my first choice will be corner unit and follow by end lot. I kind of like the cluster semi-d concept as the back is fully "extended" by the developer. So far in KV, the best cluster semi-d that I've seen is the link semi-d of Bandar Bestari by KSL Group in Klang. Not only the lot size of 32' x 80' is bigger, the build up of 2,850sf also make the house looks very spacious inside. Land size 35x80....actual built up 25x60 i think. Also bcos diff land levels to the connecting part at rear, the 2storey is connecting to the 1st flr of 3 storey at the bank...n the way they connect is done nicely w only 1/3 of rear sharing wall....it gives lot of natural light as well to the rear. |
