I agree that the facade of the house is so so but I much impress with the landscape and greenery concept. If we look at the angle at a row by row of the houses, it could be looks better.

I had the same impression when they launched the EcoBotanic. Feel so so when I saw the brochure but when I visit the Gallery in JB to have a look at the masterplan video and site visit of the showhouses. Its impressive.

I estimated they going to launch the same concept of EcoSanctuary later with premium price tag. Its my fave location.

To make Eco Majestic V2 has no issue since this thread has the same people who make Eco Hills till version8

Unlikely.. The concept is good, overall township have more green lungs..
They are confident to launch 1000+ at one go, a lot of ppl hovering around EM booth to register interest. You dont buy but a lot of others show strong interest.

Personally I also feel the dsl only so so. But their cluster and semi d look really nice. Unfortunately no model, they only show on their iPad during the property fair

No. As usual, that is temporary brochure with only facade and photos of the main entrance n round about.

The SA will show u the floor plan via ipad.

I like the 24x75 floor plan due to main door is side and fully extended at the backyard like 20x70.

All units (20x70, 22x70, 22x75 and 24x75) are fully extended at the backyard',and also with landscape at the backyard, isnt it?

If i were to buy EM, most likely will go for those with extra lands, either terrace endlot or corner lot, or max limit semid cluster... Semid is way too much over my budget..
