Finally there's someone from customer service picked up my call. They say system still having issue. Ask me to check again after 2 days.

u mobile used to down once a while in IDD, and area down in the past,
guess this time is the most serious down ever,
even the last time when it down, the UM CS can't be bother to lodge report case ID for me,
so i guess not much can expect

i was lucky mayb when i want renew my UMI 48
Your UMI renewal was unsuccessful due to system maintenance. We have credited FREE 2GB data for the inconvenience caused. The 2GB data valid for 30-days, no additional charge after quota. Thank you for your patience.
grrr rugi topup RM50 when they give for free !! but thx anyway !

My UMI 28 plan didn't get auto renew, I have more than enough credit. Now my credit is being 'eaten' cos of usage , data usage (WhatsApp ) I think .
What should I do ? Try to renew again ?
How to renew via USSD ?

My Umobile manager is back to normal, the prepaid/postpaid button is back  ..., i actually thought my usage won't be "accurately count" seems their server having problem.., so, i downloads mini games here and there these few days, but appreantly, this is not the case, LOL..! Haven't try top up yet coz the validity is 30 days, and i still haven't finish using the quota yet..., so uncerain about the browsing and download speed after over quota..., hehe..
