Bs la, how can Umobile do maintenance all time but the problem still persist. Everyday say maintenance, at last the service still sucks. And my UMI68 expired already, cannot topup, stupid.

Switch to DiGi better.

7Mbps, U Mobile can't even provide that kind of speed. Sorry Umobile. Switching to DiGi.

Still unable to check balance but manage to make calls this morning.

Same old stupid error message.

they giving free RM 5 credits for all prepaid customers, how about postpaid customers leh =.=

Hi,

I am using broadband prepaid. MB40. I am not able to connect since 2 days ago. Anyone else having this issue?

It's just showing "Activate" button on the panel, and signal from HSPA to UMTS periodically.

Mine can't do balance checking, no UMI checking but received SMS saying it's already expired and cannot renew cos not enough credit. I hope they didn't swallow my small credit amount cos I used data without knowing UMI expired before I received the SMS sad.gif

should be showing CONNECT right ? if showing activate either the card is no more activate or reinstall the panel first

Tried update the modem firmware and also reinstall the application.
Not helping.
Tried contact umobile support hotline, no1 pick up. sad.gif
Are you able to check number active status on your side?

Message now changed, no longer mentioned system not available until 8th May, so even if you complain to SKMM they can say system maintenance forever hahaha...

New message:

"Due to service maintenance,service will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience"

I'm a prepaid user, haven't received any jack schitt credit from them.

Could you roughly elaborate how could I test it with a mobile phone?
I tried *118# but unfortunately it wrote due to service maintenance, service is not available.

Eh last night reload via u , didn't get RM5 but get RM7.50 (15% top-up bonus coz MNP)
How come arrr... I'm MNP 2.5 yrs ago wooo...
