Hi,

Wanna ask, currently I am subscribing MB40. Checked my LTE status is already activated. Currently using the ZTE usb stick. Only saw UMOBILE3G,
it is possible to turn it to 4G with this? Current location @ subang ss15.

Hi,

I am using broadband prepaid. MB40. I am not able to connect since 2 days ago. Anyone else having this issue?

It's just showing "Activate" button on the panel, and signal from HSPA to UMTS periodically.

Tried update the modem firmware and also reinstall the application.
Not helping.
Tried contact umobile support hotline, no1 pick up. sad.gif
Are you able to check number active status on your side?

Could you roughly elaborate how could I test it with a mobile phone?
I tried *118# but unfortunately it wrote due to service maintenance, service is not available.

Finally there's someone from customer service picked up my call. They say system still having issue. Ask me to check again after 2 days.
