You guys better check your Prepaid expiry date as mine have been shorten after the recent system maintenance.
Fortunately, I have a few screenshot of the USSD expiry date and website account maintenance where it stated the original date. I have email them and waiting for a response. |

QUOTE(007Loo @ Sep 5 2014, 12:52 PM) Hi there, 1. Make full payment of any outstanding bill including the current month.Currently a Digi Postpaid user with no outstanding. I'm planning to MNP convert to UMobile - what are the steps required? Can I go over to any UMobile outlet to port? Any documents needed? 2. Recommend to go to UM Store directly for faster transaction. |

QUOTE(life09 @ Sep 12 2014, 07:16 PM) So,its normal they charge RM5? If I'm not mistaken, buying a sim pack would cost RM 8 which will give you only RM 5 credit to start with.I just want to know if thats the procedure or what.If that is the procedure thn oklah.Just dont want him ask me pay RM20 but give me RM15 card so he quietly take the RM5. |

Sorry guys, correct me if I'm wrong.
Now... I don't have to do anything even though I DO NOT want this Video Add-On Pack. It's free until 31 Dec 2014. Starting 1 Jan 2015, it will automatically deduct RM3 for this service. So, even though I do not want it, I am burden to disable/unsubscribe it? Can I unsubscribe it now? If so how? |

According to the T&C, After the Promotion Period, the subscription to Video Add-On Pack will automatically terminate. If subscribers wish to continue, they can do so by Dialing *118*9# or by sending ON YTM to 28118. Subscription will be charged at the published rate notified on U Mobile’s website. http://www.u.com.my/tnc/2440 |

The service maintenance is until 19 Oct, 10am.
1. Does that means I cannot reload until then? Edit: 2. My auto-renew is suppose to be 1am 19 Oct... This post has been edited by orangutan: Oct 18 2014, 04:47 PM |

QUOTE(lowboonteik @ Oct 24 2014, 08:17 PM) Hello guys, newbie here. What is the differences between postpaid and prepaid ? Correct me if I'm wrong but don't forget the extra 6% tax on U50 making it RM 53.00 at least.Does postpaid users enjoy a stronger line ? Prepaid UMI 48 : 2GB Data, 30days validity, 100minutes calls and 30SMS Postpaid U50 : 2GB Data, 100minutes calls only. Judging from the "specs" of prepaid UMI48 and postpaid U50, the prepaid UMI 48 plan seems more worth it. Which plans should i take ?? |
