u might need to proceed to center to file a complaint about this, this system leakage happen always for the advance payment 100 and would reflected for sure but just not sure when ....

actually for email also possible to proceed since i always did that but u need to attach ur bill and receipt and all the details and send them again and again until some1 really doing his works saw it haha good luck whistling.gif

I already attach the copy of the receipt, bill etc and follow up them almost everyday.
But those jokers are not able to settle this.

You guys better check your Prepaid expiry date as mine have been shorten after the recent system maintenance.

Fortunately, I have a few screenshot of the USSD expiry date and website account maintenance where it stated the original date.

I have email them and waiting for a response.

I did international credit transfer to Indonesia ..but indonesia there didn't get the credit .. But my credit already minus ..

MAY 31: went berjaya timesquare service centre to request termination, the staff told me the dealer had submitted the termination but is pending as has outstanding. not even service centre can terminate my account.. so the staff filed some sort service request report and gave me the number

JUN 06: umobile called me and said they received number porting request instead of termination and asked me best go back the dealer to settle!? anyway i asked umbile to ask the dealer instead asking me go and ask

Use an app that track your calls, SMS, and data usage and you'll know which plan will fit your usage best.

For Android, I recommend Call Meter 3G. It is lightweight and spartan.

Do U mobile prepaid have international roaming? Need to enable via CS?
Last time during my India visit, roaming didn't work (Couldn't receive calls/SMS).
Btw why U mobile CS never attend my calls?

Why I can't pay my bill online via umobile self care ? The pay bill section keep telling me connection reset. Tried with a few computer and browser also can't.

When "u mobile broadband manager" is activated (but without connected to the Internet), I find out the CPU Usage always hovering around 10%~15%... In my opinion, it's slightly high. Is this normal?

I suggest those trying to pay bill online look at lelong.com.my or around lowyat forums for deals. I remember getting 8% discount from someone on lelong.com.my before.

whenever u deal with any telco person even center, take their NAME and any proof of submitting anything, by the way your termination is on BROADBAND or VOICE plan, dealer might help u to terminate the VOICE PLAN thru mnp out to another telco , but BROADBAND only available to terminate over counter, IF now the MNP is STUCKED due to outstanding, finish paying the outstanding then call the dealer to continue to mnp and ask them to refund bout the EXTRA outstanding COST. If thats a broadband plan, there is no way a dealer can submit a PORTING request, therefore u just need to stand strong and mean to settle the case STRAIGHT AWAY with their manager or some1 with higher authority, otherwise the story keep going ....

haha that 8% is my penang fren, but he only provide CONTACT SELLER rather than BUY NOW, thats why he complain very less customer brows.gif i also got store over there leh with lots other products too hehe, lets guess which store is mine.
