What's the problem? Your line has a validity depending on reload date/amount, till 4 June. You have to reload before that to extend the validity.

The duration of the UMI18 is till 12 June, so if you reload now it will only run out 12 June.

Would be interesting to test if your line gets cut off on 4 June or you can still use the data/minutes/sms. If not just reload.

If I am currently subscribed and paid UMI till 12 June, doesn't that include line validity as well?

prepaid itself has validity and determined by the reload amount (2X).

UMI has its own 30-day validity. It's independent to prepaid validity.

simple to differentiate, ur UMI 18 valid till 14 Jun, so u can use ur FREE MINS till 14 JUN, but when u finished them off before 14 JUN, u still wanna call is not possible since ur account is EXPIRED, only ur plan is active and working but not your prepaid account, same for the sms

yes, the prepaid will go into INACTIVE after 2 June. cuz ACTIVE period ended on 2 June.

UMI is a subscription plan. You need an active prepaid before you can use it, as explained by CnY Garage above thumbup.gif


same like car vs petrol analogy. To use the petrol, you need a working car/vehicle. A dead vehicle will be useless, regardless of how good the petrol is or how much you pump into the tank.

Prepaid = car / vehicle
UMI = petrol

by the way u top up RM 20 should be 40 active days, so monthly topup RM 20 and subscribe UMI18 would not cost any trouble

unless u top up RM 20 and subscribe UMI 18 and top up another RM 20 again few days later, next UMI18 renew with ur current balance credit doesn't extend ur validity of prepaid

example

1 JUNE top up 20
validity till 10 JULY
UMI 18 on 1JUNE till 30 JUNE

30 JUNE top up 20
validity till 10 AUG
UMI 18 renew on 1JULY till 30 JULY

no problem at all

problem case:
1 JUNE top up 20
validity till 10 JULY
UMI 18 on 1JUNE till 30 JUNE

10 JUNE top up 20
validity till 20 JULY
UMI 18 on 1JULY till 30 JULY
(so there is a lack of validity period from 21-30 JULY for your prepaid account)

Hello there,

anybody knows the email contact to speed up my inquiry in customer service?

On May 8, 2014 i send inquiry to ask about my billing.
But until today U Mobile doesn't give any solution.

My issue:
On 06-Apr-2014 took Broadband Loyalty Programme and made advanced payment RM. 100. However The advance payment is NOT deducted against my first month's bill statement as promised.

Thank you in advance.
