i think more or less, very few chances that WE can earn the extra income thats why sure high mark up margin until lots seller to compete, i believe few of here also tried to sell umobile unlimited with RM 80 and that super deal only last 1 week after umobile found the leak and fixed that.

IF the dealer going to help u to terminate the broadband line basically they hope u to settle the payment with them, and probably (including me) would collect all forms together , most likely 1 MAY till 29 MAY (my practise) cancellation form and pass to center within 29 and 30 (since we got no authority to cancel the line by ourselves, only center available) .Unfortunately umobile always experience system down on the last day of the month and they not accept 3rd party cancellation, i bear all the payment for my customers, it was total 200++ and i only earn around <> RM 50 from them, so the outcome is like above.
with your case( let say the dealer forgot or not going to help to terminate over center) you can't complain against UMOBILE center or Customer service since they never received any cancellation request.
suggestion : with your receipt and proof of request to cancel and settle with the dealer, they might probably need to settle the outstanding.
worst scenario : u complain with the dealer, then they tell u in a different way (something like we can't help to terminate , only center can, sorry ya) and refuse to pay the next month (june bill) then either u enjoy 1 more month usage and terminate over counter to be safe, or go complain with center. Then center would give warning to the dealer but the problem wouldn't be settled as long as dealer don't want to bear it IF u got no proof that the dealer PROMISED to help u to terminate.

last time even ur credit expired, u still can purchase umi28 or mb40 and enjoy 30 days usage, but now obviously u need to be active to subscribe package
