is it ok to subscribe a new u28 postpaid to try out 1-2 months then only MNP the actual phone number by another new package/existing package?

just check my first month statement online and something cant understand..

Billing Date : 19/01/2014 - 31/01/2014
Advance Access Fee (U28) 28.000
Access Fee (U28) 11.742
Itemised Bill Statement 3.000

1. is there anyway to disable itemized?

2. data used in above period that shown in statement is 303 MB but my android phone recorded below 80M
is that meant when my phone recorded 300M, umobile already hit above 1G?

3. i didnt make any sms from the sim, it also stated 4 sms.. umobile sent me sms or receiving sms also count in my bill?

today check the second month statement since u28 service
feb data usage 1139M but my android only recorded 131M
january data usage 303M but my android only recorded 74M

is this normal? kinda doubt the big different could be possible..

here my story of umobile postpaid termination:

APR 26: filled termination form and paid the outstanding of mar as thats the latest invoice im having and also paid the RM10 termination fee and my simcard was collected back

MAY 30: called umobile hotline and they replied my account still ACTIVE, called the store/dealer who did my termination replied i need to pay the outstanding and very likely i will be charged the month of MAY even though the simcard was collected back on APR 26

this sound like never ending? as the current month invoice always come like after mid of the month, like now i only can see invoice for APR.. so if now doing the termination umobile will reply i have MAY outstanding which they only issue me like mid JUN?

story continues..

MAY 31: went berjaya timesquare service centre to request termination, the staff told me the dealer had submitted the termination but is pending as has outstanding. not even service centre can terminate my account.. so the staff filed some sort service request report and gave me the number

JUN 06: umobile called me and said they received number porting request instead of termination and asked me best go back the dealer to settle!? anyway i asked umbile to ask the dealer instead asking me go and ask
