Hello there,

anybody knows the email contact to speed up my inquiry in customer service?

On May 8, 2014 i send inquiry to ask about my billing.
But until today U Mobile doesn't give any solution.

My issue:
On 06-Apr-2014 took Broadband Loyalty Programme and made advanced payment RM. 100. However The advance payment is NOT deducted against my first month's bill statement as promised.

I already attach the copy of the receipt, bill etc and follow up them almost everyday.
But those jokers are not able to settle this.
