I see many people here change their diet when they start to "gym"..

I would like to go gym too, not really overwright, 65kg@ 174cm, lousy diet and lifestyle. Not planning to change my diet & lifestyle though ...

Is is necessary to change my diet to all these "healthy diet" ? I don't really need a body like darklight... maybe just a little "more keras" compared with now

How do you wanna be 'keras' if you keep eating loads of fatty stuff that will make you 'lembik'?

Healthy diet can also be delicious and healthy one. It doesnt necessary for you to eat all vege during your diet. Just change the way you prepare your food for example, instead of using oil to fry the chicken why dont you use grill method? It also delicious right? Try to add black pepper into the grill chicken to reduce on fatty fats. Wanna eat fast food? Can. Once a week for fast food is ok one.

It depends on the calories you consume, not the amount of food you eat.

Too little glucolin, thats about 10-15g of dextrose only. Try aiming for 50g and above.

You need some complex carbs for pre-workout.

If you were to have dinner half an hour before your workout, you can do away with the pre-workout shake.

how did i survive? i ate roti and soups mostly. lotsa vegies and between meals i had fuji apples.. and light snacks.

i drank a lot and a lot of plain water.. seriously. i used to play tennis and jogged. since im in the final semester of my studies, i did not have that much of a time for working out.

I'm not surprise to hear that. You'll survive without food anywhere, as long you have the right food to replace your carbs amount that you lost.
But me, rice is too much important! tongue.gif Since i cut my protein diet. tongue.gif

4 months? shocking.gif How many kilos did you lose then?
I once had this low carb diet, I didn't ate rice for a month(or two) only, and my weight drops 10kg flex.gif
So you did it for 4 months....40kg drop? shocking.gif
