Pre workout ---> jacobs whole meal wheat biscuit for 3pcs

Post workout ----> whey 2 scoop + 1 table spoon of glucolin

Too little glucolin, thats about 10-15g of dextrose only. Try aiming for 50g and above.

If you were to have dinner half an hour before your workout, you can do away with the pre-workout shake.

Glucolin is the cheapest and easiest.
