Just a bit of curiousity. How many calories do you guys burn when you go to gym? Approximately.. I'm around 178cm and 83kg. I was wondering how much calories MINIMUM I should burn (say if I workout 3 times a week only)

You won't lose "weight" very quickly, but fat weight will drop and muscle mass will increase which will further improve your metabolic rate making future fatloss EASIER.

QUOTE(Mr_47 @ Dec 1 2006, 04:37 PM) Well if you like running then run, I'm just giving alternatives for those who don't love running and don't have 3 hours a day to workout.

After every workout i've been losing appetite which resulted in not taking dinner at all. since i workout at 7.30-9.30pm. have a small snack at 4pm, before workout.
is it normal?

Don't know if it's normal or not, but I'm usually hungry after working out.
