can anyone share their daily meal for diet? 'Cause I really don't know what should I take and what I shouldn't take! More importantly, the effectiveness of your daily meal + workout, how long does it takes to see the difference?

cereal with soy no sugar for breakfast one supercharged hard boiled egg for lunch had one slice of peanut butter sandwich to curb the hunger pang.. dinner......dunno yet.....pure vege I think weight is stable at 210...it was 220 a month or more ago. If I am working on site......I will load whatever I can find.......cut back 20% of cost. But will top up when necessary..... All this with very little carbs la. |

hey people.. can i get some comment on my diet plan?
i am currently 168 cm tall and 50 kg ... trying to hit 55 kg... breakfast (8am): 250ml of water immediately after waking up 4 slices of wholemeal bread + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for each 2 slices.. 6 tablespoons of oatmeal + 3 teaspoons of honey 3 whole-egg (1/4 boiled .. lol... i downed the liquid) 250 ml of milk 250 ml of fruit juice 1 big apple... Lunch (1pm): Big serving of white rice + chicken breast + fish + veges Snack 1 (3.30pm): 6 slices of gardenia toast em bread (either apricot or blueberry) 1 serving of weight gain powder 3 egg white (on workout day only) <--- should i just eat them on non-workout day also? Workout (MON/WED/FRI) 5 pm: I use snack 1 as my pre-workout Post-workout/ Snack 2 on non work-out day: 1 serving of weight gain powder (only on workout day) 6 slices of gardenia toast em bread 1 can tuna in water Dinner (8pm): Same as lunch... Supper (10pm): Homemade protein shake (500 ml fresh milk + 3 scoops milk powder + 3 scoops Complan chocolate flavour) 2 egg-white problem is with my supper... the homemade protein shake gave me mild diarrhoea the last time i gulp them in one shot.... maybe my stomach cant take too much of the shake in one shot... i am planning to make the shake after dinner and finish them within 3 hours ... trying it out later... hopefully it works This post has been edited by jamc: Jul 6 2007, 09:26 PM |

here is my new routine and diet...well sort of...
This is my routine. 7.20am I'll take a glass of water..and head off for jogging.(i will try to wake up earlier to have something,,..i know jogging on empty stomach is bad) 8.00am Breakfast: Usually coffee or Nestum. Bread with butter and jam. Sometimes Bread with Tuna. 12pm Lunch: Wholemeal bread with tuna, cucumber, and tomato. Sometimes I'll change the tuna with fried egg, cucumber and tomato. I will change from fried egg to hard boil soon. 6.30pm(new cardio stuff...for me at least) Drink some plain water. and head out for jogging(HIIT) and cycle 1KM before resting. After that...I usually just drink plain water. IF i have milk..I usually will drink 1 full cup of HL milk. 7.30pm Dinner: lots of Veggies, Chicken breast...mix actually..but i try to stay away from drumsticks or wings(my grandma usually cooks non-fried..just sauces ones), Rice(less rice nowaday...about half a bowl?..been doing this nearly 2 weeks already+..) Supper? Rarely but.... Sometimes when i have milk. I'll have a bowl of cereals(POST cereal) with Marigold HL milk. I'm playing badminton on Monday evenings now...company sponsored so might as well have a different type of sport about 6 hours of sleep on average. I start this new diet stuff last two weeks..I lost 1kg..dunno whether its muscle or body fat...but i lost 1kg....new weight..73KG. since they memperhebohkan number 7. I took 7 months to lose 7KG ps: I jogged nearly every evening.. last week haha......evening. hard to jog in the morning This post has been edited by metalfreak: Jul 9 2007, 09:55 AM |

Eating is one thing, exercising is another, resting too. However I have heard and came to know about therapeutic treatment by Alpha One that base on electric pulse that helps clean blood circulation. They normally open free treatment room in certain areas, like mine in senawang.
People with high blood pressure, heart issue, joint pain and many other ailments seems to have very good recovery. Well their free treatment is more of promoting their RM 15000 machine. But the result so far is outstanding. My wife use to go regularly but I am more into exercising. Don't have website here so probably you need to check yellow pages for phone things like that so if you need the services you can find them. Yes I heard phenomenal stories about people( normally warga emas) who benefit a lot using this treatment. Regards Niza |

QUOTE(Princessss @ Jul 5 2006, 06:44 PM) The oats are good, especially if its unprocessed or rolled oats. But condense milk is a big no-no,it's full of sugar and yes, fattening. Instead you may want to have your bowl of oats with raisins and honey or any other fruits or nuts. You can use soy milk (sugarless) or even low fat milk. Try sprinkling cinnamon to add to taste and cinnamon has lots of health benefits too. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast, 1 bowl of oats, with raisins, almond and milk...and 5 eggs. On weekend morning, I make apple-cinnamon oatmeal. The recipe is the same, just add apples and sugarless apple juice. Taste great. Cheers, |
